Payroll Prices 2019/20 Managed Accounts per Annum Monthly - £299.56 (£85.00 one off payment, £17.88 per payroll) Four Weekly - £317.44 (£85.00 one off payment, £17.88 per payroll) Fortnightly - £407.66 (£85.00 one off payment, £12.41 per payroll) Weekly - £500.48 (£85.00 one off payment, £7.99 per payroll) Non-Managed Accounts Monthly - £188.20 (£85.00 one off payment, £8.60 per payroll) Four Weekly - £196.80 (£85.00 one off payment, £8.60 per payroll) Fortnightly - £306.00 (£85.00 one off payment, £8.50 per payroll) Weekly - £397.00 (£85.00 one off payment, £6.00 per payroll) For all packages if you are paying more than 6 employees then there is an additional charge of £1.56 for each additional employee. Smartpaye will only charge you for payrolls that are processed.
